An alert reader took these photos while stuck in truck on I-95 Northbound near Exit 16. New Rochelle police have closed off the area around 111 Cedar Street due to falling debris from a billboard atop the Deluxe Storage facility in New Rochelle. An employee of Deluxe Storage says the billboard company has workers at the scene removing the rest of the material on the billboard frame. They expect it will take another 2-4 hours to complete the work.
