For a second day, Scarsdale Schools will be closed on Tuesday. As per the Scarsdale village website, over 80% of the Village of Scarsdale remains without electricity as of Noon today. While driving around Scarsdale, one could see many trees which had downed electric, telephone and cable wires. All of the cleaning up has also created major traffic jams in various main roads. Be careful out there.
