On March 28th, New Rochelle police arrested Manuel Rodriguez, 41, of 246 Seymon Road in Port Chester for Aggravated DWI after he caused an accident involving two other vehicles near the intersection of Memorial Highway and Lockwood Avenue. This happened a few weeks ago but a contributor happened upon the scene at took some cell phone photos (below) that they wished to share.

We will try and enhance the images as much as possible but note that there is very little that can be done to enhance a blurry image. So, a poorly lit image that is crisp is much better than a well lit but blurry image. Try to hold your hand steady when taking a photo or shooting video with a cell phone.
