On Monday, May 24, 2010, the Westchester County Republican Party unanimously endorsed Douglas J. Martino, an attorney with offices in Mount Vernon, New York, to run on the Republican ballot on November 2, 2010 for Judge for the County Court of Westchester.
Douglas Martino, a former Assistant District Attorney for the County of Westchester, has been in private practice for over 20 years as Partner in the firm of Martino & Weiss,22 West First Street, Mount Vernon, New York. The firm specializes in criminal and civil litigation, including matrimonial and Family Court matters. Mr. Martino has also served Of Counsel to the City of Mount Vernon Corporation Counsel in its representation of the City in State and Federal courts.
Mr. Martino is a former president of the Mount Vernon Bar Association. He lives in Armonk, New York with his wife, Denise, and his three children.
