Journal News: Police: Trio used forged IDs in theft, attempt, at 2 Ossining banks
Edward Johnson, 28, of New Rochelle, Alex Santana, 34, of the Bronx, and Charles Kalonzo, 27, of Manhattan, were charged last Friday with third-degree grand larceny, attempted grand larceny, second-degree identity theft and possession of a forged instrument, felonies. They are being held at the Westchester County jail in Valhalla.

The Neighborhood Development Resource Group recently told tenants of Garito Manor their rents would go up by $200 at the end of their leases. As a beneficiary of the HOME Investment Partnership Program, however, NDR Group must clear rent increases with the city’s Department of Development, which administers the program in New Rochelle, city officials said.
