Westchester County’s Top Legislators, Kenneth W. Jenkins and James Maisano sat down with Brian Coneybeare for News 12’s “Newsmakers” program to discuss issues facing Westchester County.
Jenkins is the Chairman of the Westchester County Board of Legislators and represents District 16 in Yonkers. Maisano is Minority Leader on the board and repsents District 11 which includes the City of New Rochelle and Town of Pelham.
