Brian will once again travel to La Rochelle to be a featured Artist in The Jazz in Out Festival www.jazzinout.fr.
Brian is a 5 year Sister City Committee member who has traveled to La Rochelle twice before, the first time in 2007. Brian has a commitment to the “International Music Relationship”. The organizers of the French festival, were the inspiration for the recent New Rochelle Jazz Festival, Jazz In July, Sponsored by the Sister City Committee, and New Rochelle Parks and Recreation. The plan is to exchange musicians yearly. Several musicians have already came here from France, including Malo Mazuri, and Cyprien Damicourt. Zach Lipton of New Rochelle has traveled to the New Orleans Jazz Festival in May of 2010, also in La Rochelle.
