COHEN ENDORSED BY NEW YORK STATE PROFESSIONAL
WHITE PLAINS – State Senate candidate Bob Cohen (R,I,C – 37th District) today announced the endorsement of the Fifth District of the New York State Professional Firefighters Association. Cohen was also endorsed by the Local 1394 Scarsdale Firefighters.
“I am proud to have the support of so many of New York’s hard working public safety professionals who put their lives on the line for us at a moment’s notice,” said Cohen. “I’ve worked very closely with these brave men and women and am honored that they are giving me the chance to represent them in Albany.”
Cohen has been a member of the Scarsdale Volunteer Fire Department for 17 years, and has served as a Lieutenant for six years.
Brian Robinson, President of the Scarsdale Firefighters Local 1394 said, “Bob has always shown a dedication to fire safety for the citizens of Scarsdale and a dedication to the safety of firefighters. He will be a strong advocate in Albany and we are proud to support him in his race for state Senate.”
