Janet DeFiore has issued the following statement:
In order to determine the circumstances surrounding the death of Danroy Henry, it is critical that witnesses to the events outside of Finnegan’s Grill in the Town of Mount Pleasant during the early morning hours of October 17th make themselves available to be interviewed by investigators from the New York State Police Department, the Mount Pleasant Police Department or Assistant District Attorney’s assigned to this case from the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office.
I encourage all those with any relevant information to come forward.
