Police responding to a call at 311 North Avenue near the New Rochelle Train Station discovered a body in Apartment 11. The deceased had been dead for a day or more as a result of a drug overdose.
In September, residents in Apartment 9 and 10 were arrested for their role in the murder of Kevin Williams.
No word on who lives in Apartment 12.
