  1. The city should buy this
The city should buy this and start making shoes for the ones that don’t pay their taxes or don’t pay their parking fines, and the ones that stuff their single family houses with 20 renter. Look it also come with a little bay how convenient.

    1. What are we going to do w/a 6 year lease?
Didn’t the city condem the property already to take it by eminate domain as part of its Echo Bay re-developement plan? A plan that seems stalled and perhaps never going anywhere.

      1. The city should buy this
        Bad idea good idea

The city should buy this at it’s cheapest price now, instead of having to pay fair market price for the land and to relocate the business if there is still one.

Only if they really plan on doing something with this land

        People ,
Remember this property is not owned by Nelstad . The people who do own it, bought it a long time ago and have been paying taxes on it for a very long time.

They have earened the right to market and sell their water front property any way the like ,OOOHH and yes they are allowed to make profit!!!

Telling the city to buy it now is a joke, we are so broke we cant PAY attention.
It is the potential developer that will foot the cost’s of buying.
