It is 6 pm and the permit parking lot on Centre Avenue is a disaster. Shoveling your car out is our responsibility, but why hasn’t the plow come through the lot yet? Many cars could not drive out of this lot today because we can’t start shoveling the lot! Calls to the City indicate they are focusing on streets. This is the MOST EXPENSIVIE permit lot ($1,300 annually)and 40 vehicles will likely not make it to work tomorrow! Pathetic!

So Prospect Lot has the same problem as Centre Avenue. Many park for FREE in this lot and are out by morning so how could they possibly receive a ticket! With the price of the permit increased for 2011, there will be MANY more parking for FREE in an unchecked lot.

Go look at the top of the church st lot. After they plowed their going to need to clean up some spots with a bucket loader as its very hard to move frozen snow that’s already been plowed
All this is going to take time as their is no set time all this has to be cleaned up, sure every one would like it done as soon as the snow stops, but that’s not going to happen it could take a day or two

If they plow the Prospect Street parking lot then how could they possibly ticket all those cars over their meter limit? Come on, think!
