Some have asked so we want to mention that there was no official snowfall total for New Rochelle from the National Weather Service; the nearest official measurement is Mount Vernon where the official measurement was 17.0 inches.

The fifth picture from the top down is Huguenot Hills, the building with no
gutters. They are hanging right over the sidewalk, would you want to walk
under them? Why can’t the city get the developer to finish the job????
