New Rochelle Sister City Committee Presents Bob Baldwin in Concert, Fundraiser for New Rochelle Jazz Festival

The New Rochelle Sister City Committee is holding a fundraiser on Saturday night at Avalons “Top of the Roc” to support the Downtown Jazz in July The New Rochelle Jazz Festival.

The event will feature Bob Baldwin in concert featuring Regan Whiteside, and Porter Carroll. There will be a special guest performance by The Brian Carter Trio with Thiago Phinero
