New Rochelle School District and F.U.S.E. Union Concluded Negotiations on New Contact

Written By: Robert Cox

Martin Daly, President of New Rochelle FUSE, has informed union members that FUSE and the school district concluded contract negotiations for a successor agreement to our current agreement which expires on June 30, 2011.

I think the agreement we reached is fair and is in line with other agreements reached by school employees’ unions throughout the region,” said Daly. “The agreement will help preserve positions and programs that benefit our students and reflects the spirit of cooperation of collaboration that between the district and the union.”

Further details will be made available to F.U.S.E. members in the coming days.

The proposed agreement would supersede the current extension of the 2005-2008 contract which was modified through an addendum in 2009.

  1. And by all means, vote no on the budget in May
Who takes the hard line for the citizens in these negotiations?

Anyone? Sorry no takers this time, stand on line with the rest of us idiots and pay your taxes and please don’t be late.

Let’s vote in some school board members who can do something right. I hope we don’t get the same old same old people running again. And by all means, vote no on the budget.
