A reader sent this photo along several months ago of a child in the back seat of a New Rochelle DPW vehicle.
I asked the City about this apparent violation of City policy against personal use of City vehicles numerous times but never got an answer so we leave it to readers to provide their thoughts. Big deal or petty crime?

There is nothing wrong here.Maybe it was take your kid to work day?Over the years i’ve seen plenty of city officals have there kids in there cars.They have to be on call 24/7 in some cases so if they want to take there kids for a ride who cares.Plus it looks like it was snowing on this day maybe his kid was off school and he could not afford a babysitter because the city pays these guys garbage for the work they do.Keep going after fevang he is the real trouble in new rochelle.
