As always, lots of great events this week in New Rochelle
First up, some live music hailing from varied genres –
Alvin & Friends hosts the Peter Hand Duo tonight at 9 PM –
Then tomorrow, Incoming Tide Entertainment presents the Gospel By The Sound concert, featuring three powerful gospel vocalists, MaLinda Daniel-Hodge, Ta Tanishia Pearson and Monique Robinson. The performance will be held at Wildcliff Manor, an open air venue overlooking the scenic Long Island Sound.
Also, tomorrow – and all weekend, the downtown shop of New Rochelle will be taking it to the streets with the annual Downtown New Rochelle sidewalk sale.
The First Annual New Rochelle Summer Crafts Boutique, originally set to take place on August 28th, will now be held on Sunday at the Westchester Yoga Arts studio – For more information, please go to www.westchesteryogaarts.com
Also on Sunday, the Mama-Doni Band takes the stage at 10:45 at Temple Beth-El for some cool kid’s music
And finally, Double Vision: A Collaborative Experience takes place Sunday Afternoon from Iona college. 10 artists from NY and New England will begin an original piece and ultimately rotate so that a different artist can finish the piece they had originally begun. This interesting endeavor is open to all from 1-3 on Sunday
