As always, lots of great stuff going on in New Rochelle

First up – experience a day in the life of a one-room schoolhouse student at the Thomas Paine Cottage’s Colonial Fair – Saturday at 10 am

Also on Saturday, the FAAN Walk for food allergy education, advocacy, awareness and research – walk for a good cause down at Glen Island Park.

At 1:30, the New Rochelle High School Varsity football team plays host to John Jay High School on McKenna Field.

The 4th annual Pain to Paine Half-Marathon is also this weekend. Free for all entrants at the corner of North Ave. and Broadview Sunday at 8 am

Head back to Glen Island on Sunday, and this time pack the pooch. Hounds on the Sound dog walk-a-thon gets rolling at 10 AM

And finally, The Capriccio Ensemble concert will feature a trio comprised of Natalie Kriegler (violin), Amy Kriesgler (flute) and Margery Fitts (harp) performing pieces by baroque, romantic and neo-romantic composers live from the Ossie Davis Theater.
