Barry “Noam” Fertel The bizarre thing about Fertel is that he appears to be bright and yet I cannot remember an issue where he has had an independent thought on council. A monkey could sit in that chair and just vote exactly the way Noam wants. Fertel is a massive disappointment on council and I hear he expects to be next mayor after his puppet-master Noam.
