With Halloween approaching, there are lots of ghoulish things to do in New Rochelle this weekend!
First up, it’s Zombie Night at New Roc’s FunFuzion – costume contents, video games, food and fun starting tonight at New Roc City.
Equally terrifying, Thorton Wilder’s classic comedy The Matchmaker will be running this weekend at Iona College. Matinees and evening performances will be held throughout the weekend.
The Ragamuffin Third Graders will be participating in an Urchin Parade at the New Rochelle Public Library. Saturday afternoon head down to the library green in costume and get some treats after the parade.
The Bethesda Baptist Church will play host to the School of Mission’s presentation of Dilemmas of Development by anthropologist and educator Dr. Vernay Mitchell-McKnight on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at 10:30 a.m.
Also on Saturday, The New Rochelle Public Library will be hosting a soiree in honor of a Walk of Fame dedication. 1 PM at the library.
And finally, curtains rise at The College of New Rochelle for Once Upon a Mattress. The play runs through the next week if you can’t get to CNR this weekend.
