Tonight we will ask Council Member Louis Trangucci about the City Council elections which have given the Democrats a 5-2 Super Majority on Council and the City Budget released today. We will take calls about the uncertified school administrators in the New Rochelle school system. We will also talk about what the Penn State Scandal tells us about the New Rochelle Board of Education.
