On Easter Sunday, April 8, Executive Chef Bill Rosenberg will offer a mouth watering menu for the entire family. Rosenberg, who owned and operated F.I.S.H. in Port Chester, is Executive Chef at NoMa Social, the hotel’s trendy new restaurant scheduled to open in late April.
The cost of the Easter Brunch will be just $29.95 for adults and half price for children 12 (excluding tax, tips and drinks). Seatings will be at 1 pm and 4 pm. The extensive menu offerings include:
A frittata station complete with home fries, bacon, sausage and assorted breads; scrambled lox, eggs and onions and a “Brooklyn’s Finest Bagel Bar” complete with spreads and salads are sure to delight everyone’s palate for starters.
Pasta stations will feature tri-colored tortellini with asparagus, peas, basil and parmigiano cream and rigatoni Bolognese with fresh ricotta. Enjoy platters of slow-roasted and carved leg of spring lamb, ham with house-made apple sauce and chicken Milanese with tomato bruschetta. Take your pick of roasted potatoes, rice pilaf and the chef’s selections of seasonal vegetables. Also included are a choice of a panzanella salad or chop-chop salad.
An assortment of Easter cakes, pies and other sweets is the grand finale to a very special holiday outing with family and friends.
