  1. Latimer the Bellboy and Doug Colety the Fruit Vendor
Before Latimer weaseled his way into politics, he was once a hotel manager or something like a bellhop. Now he spends his time playing Mr. Politician. Meanwhile his is in bed with people like William O’shaghnessy or anyone who will kiss his ass. No different than Doug Colety mister integrity, who lives in a one bedroom apartment with his wife and two grown adult daugthers in new ro. One daughter also works at the BOE and makes 74k a year. Not to mention she never went to college and had prior work experience. and that he drives around in an ”official” car and double parks it in fire lanes at home.

  2. agreed
Latimer is chubbier and his suits are always a mess…but he should have voted YES or NO on pension reform. In effect, he screwed both sides – the taxpayers and the unions.

  3. Professional Politician usually crawl on their belly
I think also the head is too small as this guy’s is much bigger. I would have placed the head on a snake crawling out of the shaddows of the Capital.
    Bob Cohen gets my vote…

  4. Great cartoon
Well done Talk of the Sound. As most of your audience may already know, about two weeks ago the State Assembly took an enormously important vote on pension reform, which created a new tier for new government workers called Tier 6, which is expected to save taxpayers $80 billion.

While most members of the State Assembly voted YES or NO, one of New Rochelle’s Assemblymembers just ran out of the chambers and refused to vote – George Latimer. Yes, that same Latimer that lifted New Rochelle’s tax cap and tried to knock down the Armory.

Now he wants to be a state senator – kind of like a joke right? Latimer does not even have the courage of his convictions to vote yes or no on pension reform and now he wants a promotion. You can’t make this stuff up!

    1. Latimer a TAX & SPEND career politician
Latimer also voted against Governor Cuomo’s tax cap. We assess a politician by their record and Latimer’s record is clearly one of higher taxation. Don’t let Latimer pull the wool over your eyes with his BS about keeping taxes low while chairman of the County Board. Latimer squandered the tabacco monies away just like the New Rochelle democrats squandered the extra nine million $9,000,000 from the Tocci tax cap.

Pension reform is the biggest single piece of legislation and Latimer ran away. Latimer can’t make the hard decisions because he has no backbone.

Latimer’s record defines him as a career TAX & SPEND politician.

    2. Joke
George Latimer is nothing but an empty suit. He puts on these cute shows to pretend like he cares about the community but when it comes to substance there is absolutely nothing to show for it. His hide and seek game on the Tier VI vote is just one example of this. Face it, George Latimer in the Senate would be nothing but a disaster for the sound shore, Westchester, and NY.
