  1. The List Grows and Here’s Why
    Consider this quote;

    “After hiding under the radar for more than 19 years, Agenda 21 became the cause of 2011 as thousands of concerned Americans began to study United Nations documents side – by – side with their local comprehensive development plans. To the horror of most, they found identical language – and the battle was on.”

    How is it that we read the same story over and over, in county, city and town across the Nation as citizens and legislators wake up to the fleecing they have just been subject to? Could there be something in the water that’s causing people in New York, North Carolina, Washington or New Mexico to have the same delusions of paranoia? Hardly. So when Mayor Bramson dismisses anyone who questions his pet policy as a conspiracy theorist it any wonder why he looks to be the one who is disconnected from society?

    The growth of ICLEI associated programs is shrinking and I suppose you could say thanks to all who have been protected by their tin foil hats for not being persuaded by the alien invaders. Or, if sanity is more to your liking, perhaps the move away from ICLEI is grounded in an honest evaluation of the inherent danger to personal property rights and the awakening to the subjugation to a self appointed world organization. Ask yourself, are we better off by surrendering our right to self determination as we remove the locally elected legislators from the process and replace them with “appointed” groups and those who would plan locally from a regional perspective?

    Also consider these quotes;
    “Maurice Strong, Chairman of the 1992 UN Earth Summit said: “A shift is necessary toward lifestyles less geared to environmentally- damaging consumption patterns. The shift will require a vast strengthening of the multilateral system, including the United Nations.” (emphasis added)
    Also from Maurice Strong “…Current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class – involving high meat intake, use of fossil fuels, appliances, home and work air-conditioning, and suburban housing are not sustainable.”
    These quotes are from the architect of what would become Agenda 21, ICLEI and, ultimately GreeNR.

    New Rochelle is currently realizing the effect of decisions made 20 years ago. Good, bad or indifferent, this IS the result of those decisions. What will New Rochelle be like after 20 years of GreeNR when the Mayor has gone down his political path?

    As an American, I denounce any attempt to thwart my right to self determination. Any influence that stands between my right to affect change through the power of my vote will not be tolerated. My allegiance to my Country will not be swayed to include supporting the agenda of a non-elected world organization. I hold these truths to be self-evident.
