The next phase of the North Avenue Bridge Project in New Rochelle has begun. North Avenue around the area of Burling Lane and Garden Street has been restricted for traffic moving north and south on North Avenue.
The area is a real mess right now. Drivers are strongly advised to find alternate routes during prime driving times.
Where do we go
What are the alternate routes? Has anyone in city hall have a clue.The cops in these pictures have no whistles why? Everytime i pass there the cops are on there cell phones.
