DiSpagna described the woman as “Very cool and smart”. He said she had a cover story at the ready — that she was lost and looking for the bathroom — and had a good understanding of human nature which enabled to quickly enter and exit the buildings, find keys, open safes and otherwise get in and out quickly and without detection.
