WFAN All-Stars Celebrity Softball Game Lineup Features Hall of Fame, Local Talent

Teams are now set for the WFAN All-Stars Celebrity Softball Game in New Rochelle, Tuesday, July 31st at the new Flowers (City) Park athletic complex. The nine inning slow-pitch softball game pits former New Rochellean and WFAN morning anchor Craig Carton, his co-host Boomer Esiason and the WFAN All Stars against the New Rochelle Celebrities, coached by College of New Rochelle Athletic Director Harold Crocker and including Mayor Noam Bramson, City Manager Chuck Strome, participating players on teams within the New Rochelle Parks & Recreation Adult Softball League Program and other invited celebrity players. Prior to joining the College of New Rochelle, Crocker, a New Rochelle native, enjoyed a winning career coaching at New Rochelle High School when Carton and Bramson were students; and at Iona College.

The Celebrity Game will be played at Flowers (City) Park Athletic Complex on softball field #1 Fifth Avenue near Portman Road. Team Warm-Ups will begin at 5:30 p.m.. The pre-game ceremony including introductions and the National Anthem will begin at 6:00 p.m. First pitch is at 6:15 p.m.

Post-Game Food/Beverages will be from 8:30-10:30 p.m. at Spectators Pub located at 219 North Avenue in downtown New Rochelle, NY.
