Bonannos Reply to Counter Claims in Talk of the Sound Defamation Case, Trial Demands

Written By: Robert Cox

Lawyers for James Vincent Bonanno and Vincent James Bonanno filed a verified reply to counter claims I filed against them after they filed their absurd defamation lawsuit against me. The lawyers also sent along various trials demands. Yawn.

If you want a good laugh, you can download a copy here.

I am not going to bother intruding on the last weekend of summer by looking at it too closely but they want me to give them the names of my sources for my stories about them. This would appear to confirm my sense of what they are hoping to accomplish with what I believe to be an entirely frivolous lawsuit — they imagine they can get me to divulge my sources to them so that they can try and exact some form of retribution on my sources. As anyone who knows me at all can tell you the odds of my divulging sources for a story is somewhere between zero and negative infinity. I will take a closer look next week.

  1. Whistleblower: Losing Your Job Can Be Reality if You Get Caught
But you won’t get caught just because you told Bob. You can take that to the bank.

This is just another example of a tactic used by the City School District of New Rochelle in an attempt to “flush out” those who have stepped forward and blown the whistle on the on the liars, cheats and thieves. Rather than use the information to address problem areas, the City School District of New Rochelle perceive honest and hard working people as the problem.

Bob, as you are very much aware, there is another really good example of these behaviors by the School District. The one that I am referring to is that employee who was recently terminated without cause during one of the quiet Board of Education meetings. Another retaliatory act perpetrated against good and honest individuals. While the liars, cheats and thieves are allowed to continue to rape all stakeholders in so many different ways. This is how the School District pretends to stop the bleeding. The odd thing is that the School District is very much aware that there are laws that prohibit retaliatory acts against “whistleblowers.” Nevertheless, the School District continues to kick the can down the road preying on their perceived ignorance of those who they believe cannot protect themselves and gambling on lawsuits with taxpayer money They better think twice, because there is a storm coming on this one. One that is going to put another “shiner” on an already bruised up façade. Counselors, sharpen up your pencils because New Rochelle schools are about to open and there is money to be made.

Happy 4th birthday Talk of the Sound!
