  1. Marc Jerome didn’t approve this
As Jerome is the biggest contributor to bramson, he gets final approval on all matters concerning the Armory. Monroe wants the Armory, they asked to control it and for the city to give it to them. Then later they said they never wanted anything to do with it. Monroe is a For Profit school using all of the city’s services and pays nearly nothing in taxes to the state or the city. I can’t find them anywhere on the tax roll for New Rochelle’s property taxes. New Rochelle was completely blindsided by Noam Bramson and Tim Idoni on this one. It would be a joke to also say their students contribute to the city’s sales tax! In fact their student are destroying the face of this city, they hold up traffic, commit crimes in downtown New Rochelle, and help to spur active gang activity all over the city. There are numerous fights every day which occur on the property, and we’ve heard of a MAJOR incident which occurred not too long ago which was covered up. Unfortunately there are people in the police department who will no longer cover things up for Noam Jerome.

  2. Didn’t Bramson have a long
Didn’t Bramson have a long list of people who wanted the armory to be turned into a fruit stand? Oh no, I am mistaken, nobody asked Bramson to build a fruit stand there. That was his idea and his idea alone. Screw what the people want once again.

    1. SO??????????????
WHAT exactly are the good citizens of New Rochelle going to DO about it?

Complain (or ‘bemoan’, per RC) here? Write letters to the editor? Write emails to City Hall? B&M?

All shouting into the wind. All useless. Idoni II and his paid-off cronies are laughing at you, all the way to the bank.

DO SOMETHING, good citizens of New Rochelle, or when the fruit stand/restaurant (I still find that HILARIOUS!) put up by the crooks in City Hall fails, and it will, that is the plan, the Armory will be demolished. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but it will. Count on it.

      Mark my words.
