Mariangela Ventura, a longtime resident of New Rochelle, died on July 8, 2013. She was 89. Mariangela was born on July 31, 1923 in Italy to the late Errico and Amalia (DeFrancesco) Bonnano. She worked a s a seamstress for many years and was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church. She was predeceased by her husband Nicola who died in 1980. She is survived by her children, Carmelina (Frank) DiMarco, Gregory (Marlen) Ventura and Anthony (Linda) Ventura; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visiting will be Wednesday 6-9pm at Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel, 16 Shea Pl, New Rochelle. Mass Thursday 10:30am at Blessed Sacrament Church. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
