MAPLE CENTER ELDERLY HOUSING PROJECT RE: REFINANCING AND PILOT
2. Communication dated July 25, 2011 from Michael W. Freimuth, Commissioner of Development, wherein he recommends that the City enter into a PILOT agreement in connection with the proposed project and that a one-time fee be authorized in order to undertake improvements to the municipal parking infrastructure, forwarded with approval of Charles B. Strome, III, City Manager, noted thereon, and appropriate legislation for consideration.
2.1. Resolution approving payment in lieu of taxes and municipal impact fee agreements by and among the City of New Rochelle, Maple Center, LLC and Maple Center Housing Partnership Fund Corporation with regard to the Maple Center Elderly Housing Project.
