04/06 New York Cabaret Unlimited To Perform “Cookin’ With Cole” 2 PM

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The popular song-and-dance group, New York Cabaret Unlimited, will showcase music of Cole Porter in a fully staged, narrated program they have titled, “Cookin’ With Cole.” The program will take place on Sunday, April 6 at 2:00 pm, in the Ossie Davis Theater of the New Rochelle Public Library, and will include such Cole favorites as Let’s Do It, Begin the Beguine, My Heart Belongs to Daddy, So In Love, and more.

New York Cabaret Unlimited, features vocalists Michele Abrams, Rhonda Liss, Michael Fisher, and Gary Skidmore, with Linda Levine (narrator), Walter Levine (director and pianist) and Geoff Morrow (bassist).

Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis to the capacity of the 138-seat Ossie Davis Theater at the New Rochelle Public Library. The program is made possible by the Friends of NRPL. A donation of $2.00 is suggested at the door.
