NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The New Rochelle Humane Society will hold its 14th Annual Dog Wash Sunday, July 20th, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., on the shelter grounds. The fun-filled day features pet pampering, children’s activities including face painting, and Madrette the Paw Reader!
Attractions include the Dog Centric’s “Ask the Trainer” booth, family portraits by Elisabeth Pollaert Smith with your best canine friend, Doggie IQ “test,” and much more.
Admission is free. Dog washes range from $20 to $40 (based on pet’s size); nail clipping is $10. The microchip is $40 and includes registration. A 5”x7” family & pet portrait is $15. Refreshments and merchandise will be available for sale.
Also on hand will be Active Energy, Best Friends Pet Care, Canine Company, Funmi’s Handmade Naturals, Origami Owl, Pawsitively Petastic Pet Sitter, Stylin Petz, The Veterinary Emergency Group and WHUD FM! Hannah and Catherine will have lemonade and brownies. Doggie shampoo generously donated by the Dog Fashionistas from the Dog Fashion Spa.
