Car almost goes into Water at New Rochelle Marina

Two ladies are lucky to be alive after there SUV hit a propane tank and then almost landed in the water at the Wright Island Marina located at 290 Drake avenue. We are told that a quick thinking worker at the marina grabbed a chain and secured the car from going any further down into the water. It’s unknown if there were any injuries.
