2. 115 Stevens Avenue in Valhalla, NY is the headquarters of the Cappelli Organization.
3. City Spokesperson Kathy Gilwit says: “The Planning Board approved the current plan which is on file with Buildings Department. The store being built is a ‘Deals’.”
Shelly Davis, a spokesperson for Dollar Tree which operates over 5,000 Dollar Tree stores and 200 Deals store nationwide says the company expects open their 10,000 square foot Deals store in early July of 2015.
“We are excited to be joining the community,” said Davis.
