Written By: Robert Cox

Talk of the Sound has reported for years on McLean engaging in sex with students at New Rochelle High School. McLean was also involved in an incident at the school were two men made their way past security, looking for McLean, who allegedly stole money that had been collected as part of a forced savings program.

Joseph Keolamphu, a history teacher at New Rochelle High School, made a complaint to New Rochelle High School Principal Reggie Richardson after observing text messages sent by McLean to the student, according to one source. Another source says the student made her own complaint that McLean was “stalking” her. A third source says the parents got involved and complained to Richardson.

Talk of the Sound first began reporting on McLean in 2011.

School officials referred complaints about McLean to the Sex Crimes Unit of the Westchester County District Attorney’s office later that same year but no action was taken against McLean.

A phone call to the Disitrict public information office was not immediately returned.
