NEW ROCHELLE, NY — In November, Talk of the Sound reported on the double-arrest of James Riley, 26, a New Rochelle Public Works hourly employee.
Talk of the Sound has since confirmed that James Riley is also employed by the City School District of New Rochelle as an hourly employee.
On November 19th, Talk of the Sound reported that Riley fought landscapers while working for the City of New Rochelle on Monday October 27th then got high on PCP on October 29th, broke windows, and was arrested by the New Rochelle Police Department on a charge of Disorderly Conduct.
While in a holding cell at police headquarters, Riley stripped naked, began to masturbate and then flooded his cell by causing a toilet to overflow.
Riley was charged with Criminal Mischief – 4th and Obstruction of Govenmental Administration – 2nd.
Police tranferred Riley to the Westchester County jail in Valhalla, NY.
After he was released from jail, Riley was assigned to work at Isaac E. Young Middle School.
