NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Robert Grosso, 28, of Yonkers, NY was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor after he was caught red-handed in another person’s car in front of their house.
Complainant stated that, alterted by a neighbor, he found Robert Grosso sitting inside his vehicle, searching through the glove compartment. He asked Gross “What the F— are you doing?” Gross replied “I am sorry. I am high. I wasn’t trying to take anything. I thought it was my girlfriend’s car.”
A witness told police that Gross first attempted to gain entry to another vehicle but was unsuccessful.
