NEW ROCHELLE, NY –Edward Williams a longtime resident of New Rochelle, and current resident of Hudson Florida, died on August 14, 2015. He was 73.

Edward was born on November 15, 1941 in New Rochelle to the late Edward Calvin and Mildred (Eddy) Williams. He was an Army Veteran and worked for the United Water Company for over 30 years. He was a member of the VFW and the Hudson, Fl. American Legion. He was an avid fisherman and an antique car enthusiast.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, the former Barbara Spiegler; his 7 daughters Pamela (Gerard) Shanahan, Dawn (Anthony ) Newgent, Barbara (Vince) Ruiz, Patricia (Steven) Toth, Elizabeth Williams-Goehl, Jennifer (Wayne) Nelson, and Kelly Williams; his 16 grandchildren; his 2 great grandchildren; his sister Lauren Delatorre and his brother Richard Williams along with many nieces and nephews. 

Visiting will be Tuesday4-8pm at Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel Inc. 16 Shea Pl. New Rochelle, NY. Service and Interment are private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Wounded Warriors Project.
