NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The Youth Council of the New Rochelle Youth Bureau, The City School District of New Rochelle, Police Association of New Rochelle and the Strive Leadership Academy are sponsoring their Annual Give A Gift which provides gifts to children of New Rochelle families in need during the Holiday Season. This year joining our efforts are New Rochelle Toyota and Platzner International LTD.
