NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The Gaels defeated Monsignor Farrell at Sarah Lawerence College on Thursday, January 7th to clinch an undefeated season in the NY High School Catholic League Division and improve to an 8-2 overall record.
They were lead by strong double win performances from seniors Owen Madden, Shane Syron, and sophomore Mauro Pacsi. Senior Kyle Deverna and sophomore Mike Eboli also won events for Iona.
The team returns to the pool for Senior Night at 6:30pm on Wednesday, January 13th at Iona College vs. Rye High School in their last dual meet of the season.
