NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The Iona College men’s and women’s indoor track & field teams competed in a crowded field today in the Great Dane Classic at the Ocean Breeze Track & Field Complex.
The standout performance from the Gael’s was sophomore Rachel Garn top 10 finish in the mile run; in a competitive field, Garn’s time of 5:09.99 placed her ninth overall.
As the spring semester kicks off this upcoming week, the Maroon & Gold will head down to Staten Island, NY on Friday, Jan 22 for the Gotham Cup.
