NEW ROCHELLE, NY — New Rochelle youth are encouraged to register for the Lifeguard Training Remediation Program led by Robert Bynum, Aquatics Director. This exciting series of classes will prepare students for the Lifeguarding Test. An informational meeting will be held on Thursday, April 21st at 4pm at the Youth Bureau office, located in City Hall (515 North Avenue, New Rochelle).
