WHITE PLAINS, NY — County Executive Robert P. Astorino will present Westchester’s comprehensive plan to minimize the impact of Zika and other mosquito-borne diseases on Thursday, May 19, at 9:45 a.m. at the Kensico Dam playground in Valhalla.
Astorino, Health Commissioner Sherlita Amler, MD, and Assistant Commissioner for Environmental Health Peter DeLucia will explain the county’s prevention strategies and demonstrate what residents can do at home to reduce their risk of mosquito bites.
