NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Jefferson Elementary led the way Friday and kicked off the first of the 5th grade moving up ceremonies in our schools. Superintendent Dr. Brian Osborne, Board of Education Vice President Rachel Relkin and Board member Dr. Pamela Davis joined the festivities to celebrate the students’ accomplishments.
