NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The lohud Editorial Board held a “meet & greet” coffee on June 17th morning at R Patisserie Cafe & Tea Boutique. New Rochelle stakeholders were invited to network and discuss the most exciting and pressing issues and developments in their communities. Board of Education President Lianne Merchant and Board of Education Member Dr. Pamela Davis represented the City School District of New Rochelle.
