NEW ROCHELLE, NY — At the July 5, 2016 Board of Education Organizational Meeting re-elected board member Rachel Relkin, and newly elected board member Todd Kern, were sworn in to serve five year terms.
The Honorable Jared Rice, Deputy Mayor, City of New Rochelle presided in the swearing in of Relkin and Kern.
Miss Reine Kim, a 6th grade student-to-be at Albert Leonard Middle School provided musical accompaniment on the cello.
The Master of Ceremonies for the Installation Ceremony was Superintendent of Schools Dr. Brian G. Osborne, who also provided the Closing Remarks.
For Board Leadership, Rachel Relkin was elected to serve as Board President;and Maddali Atallah was elected to serve as Board Vice President.
