“Beechmont Tavern is an excellent bar and restaurant. I came in and had the “levee” wrap which was absolutely delicious. Although the restaurant was frequented by college students I didn’t get the feeling I was in a non family environment. I suggest this place for everyone looking to have a nice drink and good food!”

“A Good Mix. I’ve been coming here for over 25 years. Late last year they did some nice work refinishing the floors, walls and the bar. On top of that they brought in a nice new plasma TV which makes watching the games there more enjoyable. They have good pub-style food and a regular stream of Iona College students but all in all it’s a good mix of neighborhood locals and well-behaved students.”
