NEW ROCHELLE, NY — In a ceremony at Tuesday’s Board of Education meeting, 35 faculty and administrators were awarded tenure. Supervisors of the candidates spoke highly of each. One teacher brings a sense of community into her classroom, another creates an aura of kindness, yet another brings his artistic soul to math. One principal is a community leader and another is noted for his student outcomes. Below are those awarded tenure:
