NEW ROCHELLE, NY — “Inside the New Rochelle City Court” will be the next presentation in the “Law at The Library” series sponsored by the New Rochelle Public Library Foundation and the New Rochelle Bar Association. City Court Judges Susan I. Kettner and Anthony A. Carbone will be the guest speakers at the Monday, March 27, 2017 program, which will run from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm in the library’s Meeting Room and Ossie Davis Theater. “Inside the New Rochelle City Court” will cover the workings of the New Rochelle City Court, including landlord-tenant issues, small claims, violations, criminal matters, and other areas within the jurisdiction of our local City Court. The free program, open to the public, will include light refreshments.
